PATTERN NOTES
This stole is created modularly in two halves, working from the bottom up on each half, and then seaming the two together at the center. You will start by creating all the motifs required for this scarf. Each section of rows that are between motifs will be broken into parts, starting new row counts each time. At the end of each section, you will see instructions to stitch motifs to the row and to each other. When stitching motifs together, stitch around the back of the posts of stitches for best definition.
Each next set of rows will start with instructions about how to chain to the motifs below as you create the base chain for the section. A schematic is included to help you visualize the construction of this stole.
