Summer is Now is a tribute to summer 2013 which in Italy took a long time to arrive and warm us up.

The seamless top is knitted bottom up in the round starting with a short rows garter stitch asymmetrical band. The garter stitch is then repeated in the top part of the tank and in the neckline where there is a slight asymmetry obtained by using short rows.

The pattern is available in the following sizes:
S: 81 – 88 cm
M: 91 – 98 cm
L: 102 – 109 cm
XL: 122 – 129 cm

Gauge: 16 sts x 30 rows in stocking stich

• BC Garn - Allino shade 34 - (50 gr – 125 m – 50% cotton, 50% linen)– 4 (4, 5, 6) balls
• Circular needles 3,50 mm (cable 80 cm)
• Marker A
• Marker B (of a different colour from Marker A)

Summer is Now è l’esclamazione tra la presa di coscienza dell’arrivo del bel tempo e il desiderio di vedere il sole risplendere in quest’estate, quella 2013, che ha stentato ad arrivare…almeno in Italia.

Questo top bottom up lavorato in tondo senza cuciture presenta una fascia asimmetrica a legaccio realizzata grazie all’uso dei ferri accorciati (short rows). La maglia legaccio viene poi ripresa nella parte superiore e nel collo, anch’esso leggermente asimmetrico in larghezza.
