Storm Chasing
by Julia Swart
This shawl was created to teach new techniques, play with color, and end with a product that is not only beautiful, but wearable. This shawl is knit top down in a modified crescent (almost semi-circular) shape. It has an interesting, stretchy lower edge in brioche.
This shawl looks best using a gradient set and speckles to show texture, but a solid/speckle combination would also work well. Be sure to have a minimum of 120 grams in the contrast color set.
Errata-
Row 3 of Eyelet B should end with k3, not k4.
Row 1 MC in the “add CC2” section 9f brioche should end with k2.
