Stone Path Socks
These lacy socks are knit toe-up and feature a zen garden pathway of pattern that gently flow around simple stone motifs … “very zen” …
Size: Small 7” to 8” circumference (Large 8” to 9” circumference)
Gauge: 32 sts/4 inches in Stockinette Stitch.
Needles: (2) US 1 (2.25mm) (2 US 2 (2.75mm)) Circular needles or size to obtain gauge
Hooks: Crochet Hook Size C
Materials: Shown in Zen Yarn Garden’s Serenity 20 (70% Superwash Merino Wool / 20% Cashmere / 10% Nylon: 400yds/100g)
Yardage: Approximately 350 (400) yards of Fingering weight yarn (1 Skein)
Skill Level: Intermediate
Note: For those with larger calves, increasing needle size by one size about 1” above heel will provide a more comfortable leg fit.
