Stephen is a tank top knitted entirely in stockinette stitch with an i-cord finish to border the top and form the straps. It will fit under the Ronan slipover, to which it is the perfect companion, but it can also be worn alone, under an open shirt, as a base layer in winter under a sweater. Another one that we’ll want to have in every color imaginable!

Gauge: 18 sts and 30 rows = 10 cm / 4 inches in stockinette stitch worked flat and in the round on 4,5 mm / US 7 needles with both yarns held together, after blocking.

To be worn with 5 to 0 cm / 2 to 0 inches of negative ease. To choose which size to fit, measure your chest circumference, remove recommended or desired ease and knit the corresponding size in chest circumference (fullest point). (I wear size 3 with approximately 2 cm / ¾ inch of negative ease).

Stephen est un débardeur tricoté tout en jersey endroit et finition i-cord pour border sa partie supérieure et former les bretelles. Il se glissera sous le slipover Ronan, dont il est le parfait acolyte, mais il pourra également être porté seul, ou sous une chemise ouverte, ou en sous-couche l’hiver sous un pull. Encore un qu’on aura envie d’avoir dans tous les coloris possibles et imaginables !

Échantillon : réalisé en jersey endroit en aller-retour et en circulaire, avec les deux fils tenus ensemble et les aiguilles n°4,5 : 18 mailles x 30 rangs pour un carré de 10 x 10 cm, après blocage léger.

Aisance négative recommandée -5 à 0 cm. Pour choisir quelle taille faire, mesurer son tour de poitrine, y retirer l’aisance recommandée ou souhaitée, et tricoter la taille correspondante en tour de poitrine du débardeur
Je porte une taille 3 avec environ 2 cm d’aisance négative.
