Star Tweed Mittens
When you mix a fun hand dyed yarn with a cozy solid, you get these fantastic mittens that are easier to knit than they look. Soft and warm, these mittens are fun from the cuff to the tips!
Finished Sizes: Women’s Small/Medium (Women’s Medium/Large)
Gauge: 6 st/1” on larger needles in Stockinette Stitch
Needles: US 3 (US 4) double points or 2 circular needles or size to obtain gauge
Materials: Mountain Colors’ Weavers Wool Quarters (100% Wool: 350yds/100g) and Classic Elite’s Liberty Wool Light (100% Wool: 200 yds/50g)
Yardage: Approximately 100 (120) yards MC, 85 (95) yards CC1 (1 skein each of 2 yarns)
Notions: Stitch markers, Stitch holder or waste yarn
Skill Level: Intermediate
