Star and Pine
by Anne Hanson
Everyone appreciates a festive, seasonal accessory and this rectangle in two sizes (scarf/stole) will add a pretty touch from November through February to keep the compliments coming. The rectangular piece is knit from hem to center back in a mix of simple to work pine tree and star motifs. Lacy points along the sides ensure beautiful edges at any angle; the piece is grafted at center back to create an uninterrupted finish.
Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in size and drape.
sample shown is knit in Yarn Hollow Superior, colorway white pine
