Square Off Rainbow Shawl
This shawl came about as a way to play with the impact that the spacing of stripes has on the look of a design. This is a simple pattern which uses garter stitch and basic shaping to form an elongated diamond. Only one colour is worked in any row, so it’s an easy way to play with colour.
Yarn The Knitting Goddess Britsock (4-ply weight; 60% wool, 20% alpaca, nylon); 400m/437yds per 100g skein1 x 100g skeins and 1 x 120g mini skein set Shawl shown is worked in Charcoal (colour A) and Printer Ink Shades (colour B).
