This pattern is available both in English and French.

The Sprinzig scarf was created with the joy of anticipation for Spring in mind. With its pretty zig-zag lace pattern and its dashing color, it’s the perfect accessory for the transition to sunny days.

Sprinzig is knitted laterally, increasing regularly on the first half, then decreasing in the same way on the second. For my sample I used a strand of fingering and a strand of lace (Merino Single + Little Kumo from La Bien Aimée), you can imagine how soft it is ^-^

This is the kind of small project that I really like. It is quick to knit, not complicated to follow and with a few tips (described in the pattern) you can make sure to have few leftovers.

1 skein of La Bien Aimée « Little Kumo » shown here in Millennial Pink.
Or approx. 300 meters (330 yards) of each yarn.
Note: you will be using both yarns held together.

L’écharpe Sprinzig a été créée avec la joie de l’anticipation du printemps à l’esprit. Avec son joli point de dentelle en zig-zag et sa couleur pimpante, c’est le parfait accessoire pour la transition vers les beaux jours.

Sprinzig se tricote de manière latérale, en augmentant régulièrement sur la première moitié, puis en diminuant de la même manière sur la seconde. Pour mon exemplaire j’ai utilisé un brin de fingering et un brin de lace (Merino Single + Little Kumo de La Bien Aimée), je ne vous raconte pas comme c’est doux ^-^

C’est le genre de petit projet que j’aime beaucoup. Il est rapide à tricoter, pas compliqué à suivre et avec quelques astuces (décrites dans le patron) on peut s’assurer d’avoir peu de restes.
