Spokes Cowl
Spokes is a cabled cowl that uses ribbing and cables to create a fun unique cable. The cowl is knit with one ball of Berroco Vintage yarn and is a fairly quick project.
This project can be knit with any type of worsted weight yarn and knit in any length desired just by adding additional yarn.
Abbreviations-
K– knit
P—purl
K2tog -Knit two stitches together as one stitch
C3 over 5 left -sl3 stitches on cable hook hold in front, sl2 stithes on cable hook hold in back, knit next 3 stitches then purl 2 stitches on cable hook held in back, then knit 3 stitches from front cable hook
Materials Needed:
1 ball of Berroco Vintage , 52% Acrylic, 40% Wool, 8% nylon, 100g, 218 yards
US 9 - 5.5 mm straight needles
2 cable Hooks
Needle to sew up seam - Please note gauge is not important with this project.
