Sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) ● Level: 3 of 5 ● A classic sweater with delightfully addictive knitting! This sweater is achievable with basic skills — as long as you can twist stitches and read a simple chart. The Soft Shimo sweater is an updated version of the popular Shimo sweater worked with thicker yarn and larger needles. It’s worked from the top down in stockinette stitch with beautiful lace at front and cuffs.
The sweater begins with either a provisional or a long tail cast-on at the neckline, which is then folded over for a trendy double-layered look. The neckline is shaped with short rows for a better fit, followed by a beautiful lace pattern at the front. The body is knitted first, then the sleeves. Finally, the neckline is sewn to the inside if you didn’t secure it while knitting.
And no mohair - this time I added a stand of cashmere.

Then, add approx. 10-15 cm / 4-6” to your bust circumference. Compare that number to the finished measurements (above) and choose the closest size.
