Skill Level: Advanced Beginner

Growing up in Minnesota (or MinneSNOWta?), a Snow Day meant school closings. Friends eagerly gathered outside to go sledding, build snowmen, and have snowball fights. This snowman cloth is knitted using mosaic garter stitch. Just one strand of color works every two rows while the other strand rests at the edge. Gauge and dimensions are provided with a DK-weight cotton yarn. Choose colors that contrast well. Try your camera’s “black & white” setting to look at your yarns in grayscale and check the contrast between your selection(s). Both positive and negative charts are included in the pattern.
