Smart Jumper for Wear with Tweeds
by Isobel
A jumper knitted in a matching fleck shade gives smart relief to a tweed suit or great-coat. The jumper with bib collar, illustrated here, is knitted in a chrome yellow 4-ply wool. The main stitch is in a basket weave design with a band of garter stitch down the centre front and back of jumper. A band of garter stitch also outlines the bib collar and the raglan sleeves.
MATERIALS REQUIRED.
Ten ounces of 4-ply super wool in bright yellow; four No.14 needles; four No. 11 needles; two press studs; one button mould.
