Sma' Glen Beanie Hat
When we moved to Scotland one of the things I hoped to experience was snow. The icy blues of the beanie reflect the pale liquid winter light and the winds and swirling of the snow, while the snow-filled sky is represented by the purple/brown band with snowflake design. The crown depicts the large fluffy flakes of snow as they fall.
The grey version is inspired by a dark midwinter morning driving to work when I came around a bend to see a huge glowing ball on the horizon, all shades of sunrise surrounded by a magnificent grey and foreboding sky. The sunrise is captured by the colours in the section with the yellow rays of the sun.
