Skifting is named from a fey switched child in the Danish folklore. If the fey thought that a human child was beautiful, they would sometimes switch the child out with a fey child - a ‘skifting’. Such a child would not grow as other children, but be the odd one out - always a little to the side of others.

The shawl Skifting is knit with 3 colours of Peruvian Highland and 1 colour of Tilia.

It measures 215 cm along the top edge and is 65 cm deep.
