Feel like you’re under the sea when you’re wearing a mermaid-inspired crescent shawl. It is worked from the bottom up beginning with a picot cast on. The Estonian lace border with nupps mimics flowing seaweed. The body of the shawl is worked in Stockinette stitch in short rows. A row of eyelets divides the border and body and also finishes the top edge of the shawl. A fingering weight semi-solid yarn in shades of aqua blue completes the look.
