Simply Garter
From the author: “The Simply Garter Vest is just that - a very simple vest worked in garter stitch. The vest is knitted in one piece so there is very little finishing to be done.”
Note regarding needles: The pattern requires a 24” circular needle size 7 and a 16” circular needle two sizes smaller than needle used for body.
