Simple Lace Scarf
Size of the scarf:
• Width is 25 cm / 10 inches;
• Length is 130 cm / 51 inches.
Gauge:
Using the Stockinette stitch: 10 x 10 (4 ́ ́ x 4 ́ ́) 24 sts x 40 rows
You’ll need:
• longer needles size 3,5 mm / US 4 / UK 10 (or circulars);
• 100g to 150g / 382yds to 573yds of 4 ply fingering yarn (I used DROPS Baby Merino);
Abbreviations used:
• k - knit;
• k tbl - knit through back loop;
• p - purl;
• yo - yarn over;
• ssk - slip, slip, knit together through back loop;
• k2tog - knit two stitches together;
• 1/1 RC - right twist (slip 1 stitch to cable needle at back, k1, k1 from cable needle);
• 1/1 LC - left twist (slip 1 stitch to cable needle at the front, k1, k1 from cable needle);
• ( ) - instructions between the parentheses show pattern repeat;
