When the days grow short and the nights sparkle with icy light, it’s time to gather your yarn, your needles, and a warm cup of something cozy. The Silver Frost Scarf was released clue by clue throughout the 2025 advent season and now the full pattern is available.

Silver Frost Scarf is a long colorwork scarf worked in the round. The design moves through 12 different colorwork sections, broken up with relaxing stockinette rounds. Traditional motifs keep the knitting engaging, and working in the round means there’s no need to catch floats. Each motif uses less than 10 g of DK weight yarn, making this project perfect for a 12-day DK advent of for using up small leftovers paired with a main color.
