Shambala Moebius Cowl
If you’re looking for a quick knit project with beautiful, lightweight, but chunky yarn, Shambala, from Crystal Palace Yarns, is a great choice for this simple moebius cowl.
It is a chunky woollen spun, slow striping yarn with flecks of silk, which is soft and comfortable and knits up in a jiffy on size 13 needles.
The moebius is 6” x 56” in circumference.
It has a 180-degree twist, which is created at the special cast on, and join. Rounds of knitting grow from the center of the work to the outsides.
It may be worn in a long loop, or twisted and doubled at the neck, which fashions into a tiered cowl.
This project uses Cat Bordhi’s moebius cast on.
