Inspired by elaborate circular rugs knit by Shaker Sisters in the early 1900’s.

Pattern is narrow strips of knitting sewn to a round knitted center, with a multiple round crocheted edge.

Pattern recommends trying this design with lightweight quilting cotton or t-shirt knits cut into strips.
