Serenata shawlette
The pattern is now available for pdf download.
Danish version can be found here. Thank you MarianneHo for the translation!
Serenata is an asymmetrical triangular-shaped shawlette worked sideways.
The easy lace pattern is perfect to highlight semisolid, variegated and gradient yarns.
Finished measurements 57½ inches/146 cm wingspan; 37¾ inches/96 cm along BO edge (after blocking).
Material
♡ Approx. 480-580 yards/440-530 meters of heavy lace/fingering weight yarn.
For my sample I used Manos del Uruguay Fino; shown in Rust.
♡ US6/4mm needles or different size to obtain gauge.
♡ darning needle.
Gauge (after blocking)
19 sts & 32 rows = 4 inches/10 cm in lace pattern.
Different gauge will give different finished measurements.
Skill level: Easy.
