An old patched man’s wool sweater from Pörtom was the inspiration for this sweater. The original sweater is in the Swedish-Finnish Textile Archive.
Materials:
- #2 32-inch long circular needle
- #3 32-inch long circular needle
- #2 16-inch long circular needle
- #3 16-inch long circular needle
- #2 double pointed needles
- #3 double pointed needles
Yarn Requirements:
Based on 2-ply sport weight wool yarn at 1600 ypp.
- 2500 yards white
- 700 yards brown
- 100 yards black
