Seaweed Swirl
Hot sun; lapping waves; soft sand; seaweed. Seaweed?
This one skein wonder swirls and curls while you crochet it, reminiscent of seaweed washing up on shore and curling around your ankles. But never fear – this kind has sparkles and beautiful colors in it!
The Seaweed Swirl is a cross between a scarf and a shawlette; heck, you could even add a button and wear it as a cowl!
The unique lace structure is both intriguing and eye catching when you wear it, and it plays nicely with both solid and variegated yarns.
If you’ve been looking for a super fast, one skein project - this is it! The entire pattern is only 14 rows, but has stunning results.
Finished Shawl Dimensions: 36” wingspan x 8” deep (91.5 x 20 cm).
The pattern includes two options to expand the size of the shawl which, of course, will require more than one skein of yarn.
