Jacket features alternating columns of stockinette stitch and cables, side pockets, seed stitch side panels, and high ribbed neck. Pocket openings are created as the body is knit and then the pockets are knit on the inside. Lower body is worked in one piece to the bottom edge of the pocket slits, then divided into separate sections to create the vertical pocket openings. Lower body is joined and worked in one piece again above the pockets until the armholes; then back and fronts are divided and worked separately to the shoulders. Sleeve sts are picked up around the armhole and sleeves are worked circularly down to the cuff.

Sizing Notes: Jacket is loose fitting (4-6” / 10-15 cm of ease). The size of the jacket is determined by the needle size - the larger sizes are made using larger needles. For this reason, doing a gauge swatch is very important!
