Scent of the Sea
I asked Kimberly about where she lived and as part of her description she wrote, “I can hear the ocean from my backyard and after a storm when everything is quiet, the surf is so loud. I love the smell of the sea.” The shawl I designed for her was inspired by this beautiful image she painted for me of the sound and the smell of the surf after a storm.
