Saxon Mittens
“These mittens have a slightly looser gauge, so there are fewer stitches. The style is more stretchy. The fingertips are shaped much like a hat would be when knit in the round, which gives the end of the mittens a softer shape. The looser gauge also allows the ribbed cuffs to have a little more spring and the mittens pull in at the wrist for a snug fit.”
