Sarah the Mini Jellyfish - One of my stash busting project!
If you follow me on social media (@sincerelylouise), you may have noticed my Scrap Yarn Challenges. Every month I pick some yarn from my stash ask you to suggest what it should be made into. My favourite suggestion and is designed, knitted up and named after the person who suggested it, forever immortalising them as a knitting pattern!
Sarah the Jellyfish is a really fun pattern, which can be made by beginners who know the basics (knit, purl, increase, decrease and bobbles). For knitters who prefer working in the round I’ve also included instructions for working the body on DPNs or circular needles (the magic loop method would be needed).
See the second image in the listing for the materials needed alongside other useful pattern information. I’ve also included a snippet of the pattern to show how it’s written.
The finished size is 14cm x 14cm x 28cm but she could be easily scaled up or down.
