ABOUT THE PATTERN 
The Samambaia Sweater is an easy cable sweater pattern, worked in the round from bottom up. The boxy, cropped fit makes it a great versatile piece to go with any outfit, from dresses to high-waisted pants, in a chilly summer night or a sunny winter day.
FINISHED SIZES 
The pattern was designed and developed to be worn with 20 to 25 cm (8 to 10 in) of positive ease. 
XS (S, M, L, XL) (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL) with a finished 
circumference of 99 (110, 120, 130, 140) (150, 160, 170, 178) cm/39 (43, 47, 51, 55) (59, 63, 67, 70) in around the chest

NEEDLES 
4.50 mm (US 7) circular needles with 80 cm/32 in cable 
length, or size needed to obtain gauge; 
4.50 mm (US 7) circular needles, double pointed needles, or 
preferred method for knitting small circumferences in the 
round, or size needed to obtain gauge; 
4.00 mm (US 6) circular needles with 80 cm/32 in cable 
length, or size needed to obtain gauge; 
4.00 mm (US 6) circular needles, double pointed needles, or 
preferred method for knitting small circumferences in the 
round, or size needed to obtain gauge.
NOTIONS & TOOLS

GAUGE 
15 st x 26 rows in 10 cm x 10 cm (4 in x 4 in) after blocking in stockinette stitch using larger needles. Changes in gauge will affect your yardage requirements.
