Here’s a Christmas stocking that has lots of options. You can use any weight of wool yarn to make this stocking and a matching size hook. The heel is made using short rows and the body of the stocking has a lovely cabled pattern that adds a ton of texture. I love making this stocking in Knit Picks Palette wool fingering yarn or Knit Picks City Tweed DK. But any wool will work!
