ROSENWUNDER is a real one row wonder pattern. There isn’t a right side row in combination with a wrong side row - just one single row! Above all the airy fabric is fully reversible and (almost) no purl stitches are to be knit!

The pattern is easy to memorize and to adapt to your favorite size. You can lay down your project for a week, without getting lost. It´s a fast and fun knit and matching perfectly my summer wardrobe.

ROSENWUNDER is large triangle shaped shawl that allows you to add a number of colorful mini skeins, if you like. Its symmetrical triangle shape is achieved by regular increases every sixth row.
Pattern includes two versions - a small version and a larger version with the added mini skeins.

The shawl is easy to adjust to your liking or the amount of yarn you have, add more or less rows of the ROSENWUNDER pattern, it´s all up to you. I used altogether 2 skeins of fingering weight yarn for the shown version. The pattern is listed for fingering weight yarn, but it could be made in any yarn weight using needle size that gives you nice drape.

Don´t forget to soak the finished shawl and to block it properly, so all the roses can bloom up beautifully!

SIZE
The rose sample is 72” (180cm) long, measured at the wingspan and is 27,5” (70cm) deep. The warm gray sample is 88” (220cm) long and 34” (85cm) deep.

YARN
Approximately 800 yards / 720m of Fingering weight yarn for the smaller version. For the gray sample I added 6 mini skeins. Rose sample shown in Walk Collection Merlino ( 90% Wool, 10% Linen, 394 yards / 360 metres - 100 g) in Goiaba - using up 2 skeins completely.

US 4 / 3,5mm circular needle, 40” (100cm) long
NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, blocking tools.
GAUGE
24 sts, 25 rows = 4” / 10cm knit flat in pattern and blocked.
