Construction: The Roe Cardi is knit from the bottom up flat. Decreases are worked in the body to create A-line shaping in the body; the fronts and back are knit separately and seamed at the shoulders. The neck strap is continued from the front shoulders, joined together in the back and seamed to the back center neck. Sleeves are picked up from the armholes and worked outward from the body in the round. Loops are knit for the belt and seamed to the sides of the sweater, and a ribbed belt is knit flat separately.
