ribblesdale vest
For those days that need just a little extra squishy layer to keep you cosy! Brioche stitch makes for a stretchy fabric which hugs the body and curves gently around the armholes, whilst the edgings are finished with neat i-cord and 1x1 rib.

NOTES
Construction: the Ribblesdale vest is worked seamlessly from the bottom up in brioche stitch. The hem and buttonbands are finished with 1x1 rib and tubular edgings, whilst the armholes are finished with a neat i-cord edging.
Negative ease: measurements are for the garment unstretched - keep in mind that this sweater is designed to be worn with a good amount of negative ease, and select the size closest to your actual body measurements. Sizing up will result in too wide shoulders and too deep armholes.
