This is a beautiful ribbed capelet with a lacey border with a Victorian flair. The ribbing makes this very stretchy so it works great for almost all sizes, from child to plus size adult. It will obviously be longer on a child. It is very easy to make it shorter or longer. Just increase (or decrease) the starting chain and the dc that go into them.

This was made using Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable in Stained Glass colorway. It would also work great with Yarn Bee Soft Secret or Caron Simply Soft. I am not sure if would look as good with larger worsted weight yarn like Red Heart with Love or Super Saver unless you want a bulkier look.
