TECHNIQUE
Overlay Mosaic Crochet

ABOUT PATTERN
This is a top-down design where the yoke is worked in overlay mosaic crochet, only on the right side of the fabric. The body and sleeves are then worked in a textured stitch pattern.

In the yoke section, you will find the instruction “skip 1 st of the current round.” This instruction always follows a front loop (flo), meaning that this stitch is not worked in the current round (but it is not truly skipped, as it is anchored as an FLO in previous rounds).

The charts in this pattern are provided as a guide and do not represent the exact final numbers of stitches of the design.

To start the neckline: Use a looser tension or a larger hook to ensure some flexibility and make sure your head can pass through the chains.

Each round begins with 1 chain that does not count as a stitch, and this chain is not represented in the chart.
