Rattan Scarf
Overview:
Rattan scarf is worked in rows from tip to tip, along the length. First, increases are worked to shape the border at the tip. Then the borders are continued at the same time as the centre section, which is worked from simple chart repeats with increases to shape. Once the mid-point is reached, decreases are worked towards the furthest tip, mirroring the increase section.

98 cm (39 inches) length and 34 cm (14 inches) width.
All measurements are for the finished item, according to the given gauge.
Gauge:
29 sts and 40 rows to 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 inches in chart pattern on 3.5 mm US 4 needles, after blocking.
