This is a pattern for an heart shaped triangular shawl worked from the top down. There are a number of beaded accents (optional).
yarn:
Color Changing Cotton 6ply by, Wolle’s Yarn Creations; Sport / 5 ply; 100% Cotton
320yds (293m) / 100 grams
approximate yarn amounts:
2 - 100g cakes (if you are a loose knitter you may need 3 cakes or use the smaller needle)
needles:
3.75mm (us no 5) - 4.5mm (us no 7)
choose needle for knitting style or begin with smaller and after working 2 charts consecutively increase needles
gauge: 20 sts = 4in/10cm over stockinette
Gauge is not critical for this project, but you may use the above as a guideline.
approximate finished size:
62in x 18in/160cm x 46cm
additional tools:
needle to weave in ends, 4 st markers, crochet hook to place beads
beads:
approximately 800 of sized 6/0 or best fit for your yarn
