Raanu
While the sleeves for Raanu cardigan are fitted, the bodice is really loose and relaxed with a shawl collar that continues all around the neckline and front edges towards the hem. The front edges are designed not to fall of your shoulders without any fastening, but they can be attached e.g. with a brooch or a shawl pin.
The stranded pattern is inspired by a traditional weaved wall hanging that is called raanu in Finland.
Cardigan is worked top down without any seams and the stranded pattern that includes using three different colours at the same time is mainly worked flat.
