Quasi-Rhombuscowl
by Beth McNish
This pattern was designed for String Theory for the 2011 Chicago Yarn Crawl.
A cowl or a scarf – you decide! Either way, it’s worked like a scarf from tip to tip, in two main parts. In the first part, it grows; and in the second part it recedes.
The fabric may look intricate, but the knitting is easy – well suited for an intermediate beginner! When you’re done knitting, just weave in ends, add buttons, and decide whether to button it up into a cowl, or wear it as a scarf!
Quasi-rhombuscowl (KWAH-zee RHOM-bus-cowl) - a parallellogram-shaped scarf/cowl.
