The first band I ever “found” by myself i.e. wasn’t pushed on me by my friends or family, was Guns ‘n’ Roses. I was watching Terminator 2 and You Could Be Mine played in one scene. I was sold! I must have been around 12 years old at the time. I turned to my step dad whom I was watching the movie with and asked what it was. He told me what it was and the next day I went to the library to find out more.
Then and there begun my musical path towards the metal head I am today.
