Poncho
Crocheted side to side in two pieces, Mershon’s poncho—cloud-light yet toasty warm in Rainbow Roll—gets added drape from the main pattern of single-crochet mesh. Bands of single-crochet ribbing form the deep lower border, transforming colorway #1015 navy, taupe and pink into sleek vertical stripes. The extra-plush turtleneck is worked separately in single-crochet rib and sewn to the neckline in finishing, while the sides are left open for ease of movement.
