Petals In The Wind Blanket
This beautiful yet simple blanket would make the perfect gift for anyone whether it be a new arrival or just to add to a bedroom. The pretty petal ruffles gives the blanket added texture and it looks like the colours are threaded through each other like ribbon.
This pattern has photo tutorial instructions to show you the steps to the pattern which you can repeat until you have the size you desire.
Have fun with your colour choices – each tier of petals can be a different colour, or even the petal row can be a contrasting shade or keep it neutral in one colour.
This pattern is easy enough for an intermediate crocheter or a novice if you have working knowledge of the following stitches:
chains
single crochet
half double crochet
double crochet
working in back loops and back post single crochet
Gauge, specific yarn and hook size is not critical for this project but I have stated the gauge, yarn and hook size that I have used in the pattern notes.
Don’t forget to add your completed project to Ravelry. I would love to see them!
All my patterns are written in US terms and have a conversion chart to UK terms at the beginning in the pattern notes. My patterns are tested by others before publishing them on Ravelry but some errors may still occur.
