Petalpop Garland
The Petalpop Garland is a joyful and stylish decoration full of texture. Each flag is as gentle as a petal, yet “pops” with texture and color, thanks to front post stitches and playful puff stitches. It’s an easy-to-follow pattern, perfect for anyone who knows the basic stitches and is ready to try a few special stitches. Crochet it in your favorite colors, or go for soft pastels with floral pops for a sweet, vintage-inspired look. Add a delicate picot edge for that extra romantic flair.
Whether you’re decorating for a garden party, summer festival, or just bringing sunshine into your home, Petalpop brings all the cheerful, handmade charm.

PATTERN INFORMATION:
With this pattern you can crochet the flags in two different weight yarn and the flags are almost the same size.
Choose the main pattern and work with very thin cotton thread and 1.75 mm hook (8 rounds option of the pattern)
Choose an option using fingering yarn. Crochet R1 till R4 of the main pattern and then slightly different R5B and R6B (6 rounds option)
The flags are worked in the round.
Make sure you are familiar with the special stitches (front post and puff stitches) before you begin.
I recommend learning how to crochet standing stitches and how to join with an invisible join.
Join with a slip stitch or use an invisible join to finish the last round for the best result.
This pattern contains a diagram. Start each round at the sign ‘start’ and the number of the round.
Thread tension is not important for this project.
Block your flags. This makes your flags more beautiful.
Choose your finishing option.
