Peru Scarf
by Ilga Leja
A brightly coloured scarf to honour the textile traditions of Peru.
Using a variation of the Ruching Stitch, the Peru Scarf is constructed like a column, with narrow and wider sections. The handpainted yarn of the wide sections contrasts with the solid-coloured narrow bands.
Detailed instructions for making the pompoms are included.
