This pattern is worked cuff-down with heel flap.
Written for the magic loop method with circular needles.
You can choose from 2 types of cuff designs (single cuff, ruffle cuff).
These cute bobble (looks like peppercorn!) are worked “3 half double crochet bobble”. I explain this method in two ways in the video tutorial: “How to do with a crochet hook” and “How to do without a crochet hook”.
