4.5mm crochet hook
3-5 Lion Brand Comfy Cotton Blend 392 yard skeins (pictured in Soothing Lavender)
2-3 Sugar ‘n Cream 120 yard skeins (pictured in Hot Purple)
Stitches and Abbreviations
MC - Main Color
CC - Contrast Color
CH - Chain
SC - Single Crochet
DEC - Decrease
HDC - Half Double Crochet
HDC2TOG - Half Double Crochet Two Together (Half Double Crochet Decrease)
DC - Double Crochet
FPDC - Front Post Double Crochet
BPDC - Back Post Double Crochet
FLO - Front Loops Only *
FHDC - Foundation Half Double Crochet **
For this pattern you will work in BOTH front loops for added stability. See my YouTube video below for help with this stitch. (The stitch on this sweater adds just a tiny bit of extra texture. You can easily work the pattern using a regular HDC stitch throughout)
