Penstemon
For $5/month you can get access to a growing library of Kristen TenDyke’s patterns, including this one!
With all this stockinette, the simplicity lends itself to showing off a beautiful yarn. Something hand-dyed, multi or solid colors—the yarn will really be the visual highlight of this classic styled sweater.
As the knitter, the fun also comes from the techniques used to construct this top-down seamless sweater. It uses techniques like short-rows, the cable cast-on method and the suggested (though not required) tubular bind off.
Shown in size 41” / 94 cm on a 37” / 94 cm, 5’ 4” / 162.5 cm tall model (4” / 10 cm positive ease). Suggested 2” / 5 cm negative to 4” / 10 cm positive ease
