Peaceful Glory is a baby blanket, but with its customizable multi sized options, it can also be the perfect wrap, throw or afghan for any special occasion or loved one in your life.
Featuring a delicate center of Evening Glory lace, with its rows o simple leaves and eyelets all framed with a sturdy border. This is the perfect gift you’ve been looking for!
The pattern include charted and written instructions and is offered in four yarn weight options: DK, worsted, aran and bulky.
Gauge and Needles:
Gauge is given in Evening Glory Lace from relaxed fabric after blocking. Photo on how to measure gauge is included in the pattern.
Please note, that the gauge changes significantly with blocking.
DK: 4.25”/11 cm = 2 rep st-wise and 2.5”/6.5 cm = 4 rep row-wise on US 6 (4 mm) needles
Worsted: 5”/12.5 cm = 2 rep st-wise and 2.75”/ 7 cm = 4 rep row-wise on US 7 (4.5 mm) needles
Aran: 5.25”/13.5 cm = 2 rep st-wise and 3”/ 7.5 cm = 4 rep row-wise on US 8 (5 mm) needles
Bulky: 5.5”/14 cm = 2 reo st-wise and 3.5”/9 cm = 4 rep row-wise on US 10 (6 mm) needles
Notions:
2 stitch markers (another 3-18 markers optional to mark repeats), scrap yarn (to use as lifeline), darning needles, blocking wires and/or pins
