I love nothing more then perusing the cases of a French Patisserie. When I make Pâte Brisée at home it reminds me of the amazing delicacies I’ve tried while traveling abroad.

Note: You will need one skein of CEY Chalet and one skein of CEY Chateau to complete this project.
