Patchwork Rug
Patchwork rug is fun and easy to crochet. The work goes fast too, when you use two strands of luscious Smyrnafix Hakelwolle. Finished rug, 52” x 52”, is made of nine identical squares sewn together in a pattern.
Materials: Smyrnafix-Hakelwolle, article 5099, 500-gram (about 230 yards) cones:
2 cones #521 light turquoise (A)
1 cone #501 light blue (B)B
2 cones #551 dark turquoise (C)
2 cones #535 medium turquoise (D)
2 cones #518 pale blue (E)
Wooden crochet hook size M-13
Gauge: 3 single crochet = 2”; 3 rows = 2” (double strand)
Note: Rug is worked with double strand of yarn throughout
